Miscanthus ‘Giganteus’ - Giant miscanthus
In the centre of the photo: Last August Chiara brought me a big clump of this grass from her garden in Germany and we broke it up into several pieces and planted it. It was chopped off near the level of the soil to transport it, but this spring it was clear that it had made it through the winter.
Fantastic grass. Invasive, she warns, but I love invasive stuff!
