Lavatera trimestris (Annual Mallow, Rose Mallow, Royal Mallow, Regal Mallow)
The seeds for this lovely Mediterranean annual are for sale every year in LIDL, and they’re quite easy to grow, so they are on the list of Galeazza Garden classics.
I see they’re often called Lavatera trimestris ‘Silver Cup’, but they are far from silver.
